Job Description

The Principal Mechanical Design Engineer is responsible for designing and delivering key components of advanced alkaline electrolyzers, from prototypes to production systems, to support the development of clean hydrogen technology in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver key components of electrolysis cells, stacks, and systems
Own the success of core components from prototypes to production-scale systems
Develop innovative, reliable, and manufacturable design solutions

Requirements

Experience in driving the design and delivery of key components of electrolysis cells, stacks, and systems.
Ownership of the success of core components from lab-scale prototypes to production-scale systems.
Ability to develop novel design solutions that are simple, reliable, and manufacturable.
Knowledge and experience in mechanical design engineering, specifically related to electrolysis systems or similar technologies.
Proven experience in developing and commercializing advanced alkaline electrolyzer components.
Ability to work within a fast and collaborative start-up environment.
