Job Description
The Director of Cell Research and Development leads electrochemical and materials research to optimize cell stack efficiency and drives the development and commercialization of advanced alkaline electrolyzers for clean hydrogen production in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead electrochemical and materials research initiatives to optimize cell stack efficiency
- Drive the research and development roadmap for advanced alkaline electrolyzer commercialization
- Collaborate within a fast-paced start-up environment to advance hydrogen production technology
Requirements
- Experience leading electrochemical and materials research initiatives related to cell stack efficiency optimization.
- Proven ability to drive research and development roadmaps in a fast-paced, collaborative start-up environment.
- Experience in leading the commercialization of advanced alkaline electrolyzer technology.
- Strong understanding of electrochemical systems, materials science, and electrolyzer components.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing research teams and projects.
- Relevant educational background in electrochemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, or a related field (implied by leadership role in R&D).
