Job Description
The Director of Cell Research and Development leads electrochemical and materials research to optimize cell stack efficiency and drive the development and commercialization of advanced alkaline electrolyzers for clean hydrogen production in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements
- Experience leading electrochemical and materials research initiatives related to cell stack efficiency optimization.
- Proven ability to drive research and development roadmaps within a start-up environment.
- Experience in leading the commercialization of advanced alkaline electrolyzer technology.
- Strong understanding of electrochemical systems and materials relevant to hydrogen production technologies.
