Job Description
The role involves managing customer projects related to electric vehicle and energy storage battery technologies, including technical requirements collection, project development, negotiations, and ensuring successful project delivery while supporting sales targets and maintaining strong customer relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify key customer projects, establish contact, and gather technical requirements to set design targets and achieve sales goals.
- Develop and follow up with customers, understand product needs, coordinate internal resources, and promote project orders.
- Support technical aspects of business negotiations and oversee the entire project lifecycle from initial alignment to delivery.
- Lead project quotations, considering competitor pricing, raw material costs, and company pricing strategies.
- Organize meetings for issue resolution, process management, and ensure timely project delivery and post-sales technical support.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, preferably in mechanical, electrical, electrochemical or other related majors.
- Be able to adapt to frequent travel, and have strong resistance to pressure and resilience.
- Mastering certain negotiation skills, with driving force.
- Good at handling internal and external relations, know basic business etiquette, be able to receive customer visits independently, and have experience in project management.
- Fluent in English, speaking, reading and writing.
- More than one year working experience in Gotion, with experience in electric core developers, or related roles.
