Job Description
This internship offers hands-on experience in supply chain management, including sourcing, supplier management, cost analysis, and project coordination within the electric vehicle and energy storage industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with supplier research, sourcing activities, and onboarding documentation
- Collect cost data, build simple cost models, and support cost reduction projects
- Organize documentation and track timelines for APQP PPAP processes
- Prepare reports for supplier performance and business reviews
- Track purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documents
- Support benchmarking of best practices and gather market supplier intelligence
- Assist in SAP data entry testing and regional supply chain tool development
- Collaborate with internal teams on supply chain initiatives and project tasks
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
- Interest in sourcing, procurement, analytics, and supply chain strategy
- Strong communication, organization, and data analysis skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle (Oracle experience is a plus, not required)
- Ability to work well in a fast paced, cross functional environment
- Strong English communication skills
