Job Description
A ServiceNow Developer responsible for designing, developing, and customizing applications on the ServiceNow platform to support ITSM processes and other enterprise capabilities, collaborating with teams to deliver scalable solutions and maintain platform enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform to support ITSM processes
- Configure and enhance Service Catalog, workflows, and automation to improve service delivery
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications using APIs and web services
- Perform hands-on configuration and customization of the ServiceNow platform for incident, problem, change, request, and knowledge management
- Administer multiple ServiceNow instances, including access control, data integrity, and system upgrades
- Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Create and maintain technical documentation of configurations, workflows, and customizations
- Stay current with ServiceNow releases, features, and industry trends to recommend platform enhancements
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Administrator, with strong IT Service Management (ITSM) expertise.
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified System Administrator (CSA), or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM or other modules.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, scripting, workflow automation, and integrations using APIs, web services, and connectors.
- Ability to perform hands-on configuration and customization of the ServiceNow platform to support ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
- Experience in configuring and enhancing Service Catalog, workflows, and automation to improve service delivery and user experience.
- Experience in developing and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications.
- Ability to write and document clean, efficient, and maintainable code using JavaScript, Glide API, and related technologies.
- Experience administering multiple ServiceNow instances, including access control, workflow automation, data integrity, and system upgrades.
- Ability to collaborate with teams, business stakeholders, and project managers to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Experience creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, including system configurations, workflows, and customizations.
- Ability to stay current with ServiceNow releases, features, and industry trends to recommend and implement platform enhancements.
Benefits & Perks
Salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 USD plus eligibility for bonus and benefits
