Job Description
The Senior FP&A Manager will lead financial planning, analysis, and modeling efforts to support strategic decision-making and business growth at Gotion Inc., collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial insights in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build financial models for the company.
- Work with company leaders to create financial forecasts and budgets to guide decision-making and measure performance.
- Perform financial scenario analysis to support strategic decisions by senior management.
- Analyze actual financial results against budgets and prior periods to advise management on financial performance.
- Provide timely, detailed insights on business performance to support management decisions.
- Partner with leadership to understand macroeconomic and industry factors affecting financial performance.
- Research and analyze competitor financial reports and market trends to inform strategic planning.
- Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to assist management in decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; a Master Degree (MBA) is preferred.
- At least 7 years of financial analysis and modeling experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Big 4 accounting firms and private industry experience is strongly desired.
- Ability to analyze, prioritize, and execute in a high-pressure environment.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and the ability to quickly manipulate and analyze large data sets and build reports.
- Strong financial and business acumen with broad knowledge of FP&A processes.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills needed to develop collaborative working relationships with cross-functional teams.
