Job Description

A Sales Operations Manager responsible for designing and optimizing sales processes, managing sales tools and data analysis, and supporting sales planning and performance improvement to drive revenue growth in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize scalable sales processes to support revenue growth
  • Partner with sales leadership to improve pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and territory planning
  • Develop and deliver sales enablement resources such as playbooks, dashboards, and training materials
  • Build and maintain sales performance dashboards and reporting tools using CRM and BI platforms
  • Provide insights on key sales KPIs and recommend strategies to improve productivity and revenue
  • Own and administer CRM systems ensuring data integrity and user adoption
  • Evaluate, implement, and manage sales tools to enhance prospecting, automation, and reporting
  • Support sales planning activities including headcount modeling, territory design, and quota assignment
  • Collaborate with Finance on commission structures, incentive programs, and revenue forecasts
  • Identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities in the sales cycle to improve sales performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related role
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
