Job Description

The ESS Regional Sales Director is responsible for leading sales efforts and market expansion of energy storage products across designated regions, developing strategies, managing customer relationships, and guiding the sales team to achieve company targets in the energy storage industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet sales targets
  • Expand the energy storage market and identify potential customers
  • Communicate, negotiate, and maintain relationships with customers
  • Organize and develop the sales team to align with company goals
  • Manage team performance and support achievement of sales targets
  • Plan for product and process optimization and provide professional product configuration services
  • Explore local resources, develop sales channels, and collaborate with local institutions
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies
  • Train team members and cultivate qualified sales teams among distributors
  • Complete work reports and ensure timely, accurate business reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Familiar with industry management laws and regulations and international trade, able to effectively connect domestic and foreign customers and suppliers
  • Experience in market research, business contract negotiation, quotation analysis, and bidding management
  • Have keen market insight, strong organizational coordination skills, and business analysis capabilities
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to meet regional sales targets
  • Experience in expanding the energy storage market, identifying potential customers, and understanding customer needs
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate with customers, facilitate cooperation, sign contracts, and maintain customer relationships
  • Experience in regularly revisiting customers to establish long-term cooperative relationships
  • Experience in organizing and developing sales teams in accordance with company goals
  • Ability to manage team performance targets and support the achievement of sales targets
  • Provide professional product configuration and wealth management services to customers
  • Responsible for local resource exploration, sales channel development, maintenance, and service, and ability to cooperate widely with local institutions
  • Understanding of industry dynamics and competitor situations, with the ability to provide timely market information feedback and suggestions for marketing strategy
  • Experience in team training and development, including regularly training team members and helping distributors cultivate qualified sales teams
  • Ability to complete work reports and other related business reporting tasks with timely updates and accuracy
  • Familiarity with international trade laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in connecting domestic and foreign customers and suppliers
