Key Responsibilities
Design and implement sourcing strategies to identify top talent
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including creating job postings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and managing candidate communication
Identify and execute creative sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates
Source, select, and close technical talent
Maintain accurate candidate and search records in ATS
Coordinate with HR on job postings, interview scheduling, feedback collection, and onboarding
Manage hiring manager expectations and enhance interview processes
Build and nurture a pipeline of future candidates
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
At least 2 years of recruitment experience
Effective communication skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
