Job Description
The role involves full-cycle recruitment for various positions, focusing on sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent, particularly in the automotive and energy storage sectors, to support Gotion Inc.'s innovative electric vehicle and battery technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including creating job postings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and managing offers
- Source, select, and close technical talent through creative sourcing methods
- Maintain accurate candidate and search records in ATS
- Coordinate with HR on job postings, interview scheduling, feedback collection, and onboarding
- Manage hiring manager expectations and improve interview processes
- Build and nurture a pipeline of future candidates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of recruitment experience
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
- High-energy and passion
- Demonstrated ability to meet hiring goals
