Job Description
The role involves managing full-cycle recruitment processes to source, assess, and hire top technical talent across various levels, supporting Gotion's innovative electric vehicle and energy storage technologies in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including creating job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing offers
- Source, select, and close technical talent through creative sourcing methods
- Maintain accurate candidate and search records in ATS
- Collaborate with HR on job postings, interview scheduling, feedback collection, and onboarding
- Manage hiring manager expectations and improve interview processes
- Build and nurture a pipeline of future candidates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of recruitment experience
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
- High-energy and passion
- Demonstrated ability to meet hiring goals
Benefits & Perks
