Job Description
The Quality Director at Gotion Inc. is responsible for leading the company's quality strategy across manufacturing, warehouse, and supplier operations, ensuring product excellence, customer satisfaction, and efficient production ramp-up in the electric vehicle battery industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality tools, processes, and systems for manufacturing and warehouse operations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all quality functions
- Manage customer-facing quality programs and aftermarket service
- Oversee product quality during production ramp-up and support scaling to full capacity
- Ensure supplier compliance with quality standards and collaborate with procurement and production teams
- Deploy and manage quality inspectors based on production line requirements
- Monitor and improve team processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
- 10 years of experience in manufacturing quality management.
- Proven track record in production ramp-up and quality systems development.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.

Compensation/salary range: $180,000.00 - $230,000.00 with 20% bonus
