Job Description
The Project Manager - Battery Systems at Gotion Inc. oversees the development and execution of electric vehicle battery pack projects, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, quality, and alignment with customer requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop project plans, define deliverables, and ensure timely execution
- Organize and facilitate project meetings
- Serve as the main customer interface to gather requirements and communicate with internal teams
- Coordinate materials, logistics, prototype builds, and testing resources during development phases
- Identify project risks, drive resolution, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Lead design and development reviews throughout all project phases
- Manage sample build and delivery activities at each development stage
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Engineering Management
- At least 3 years of EV Battery Pack Program Management experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a high-pace highly complex cross-functional environment
- Ability to quickly comprehend complex problems and effectively facilitate the team to a decision and coordinate the action plan
Benefits & Perks
US base salary range of $110,000.00 - $146,000.00
