Job Description
The Production Planning Supervisor is responsible for developing and executing detailed production plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources and inventory, and monitoring production progress to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing of lithium batteries and energy storage systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed production schedules based on demand, orders, inventory, and capacity
- Supervise and optimize allocation of manpower, equipment, and raw materials
- Monitor real-time production progress and implement corrective actions
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods
- Coordinate with production, supply chain, quality, and sales teams to align production activities
- Analyze production data to support planning and continuous improvement
- Prepare reports on production KPIs such as output, efficiency, cost, and quality
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- At least 3 years of related working experience in production planning or operations in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in office tools including MS Office, Teams, and Outlook
- Prefer skills in data virtualization tools, such as Tableau or PowerBI
- Strong learning agility and adaptability
- High level of execution and goal-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across departments
- Strong team leadership and collaboration spirit
Benefits & Perks
US base salary range of $90,000 - $110,000
