Job Description
The Power Station Management Manager will oversee engineering coordination, permitting, and technical support for Gotion's U.S. energy storage power station projects, ensuring successful project development, construction, and commissioning while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engineering coordination for energy storage power station projects from development through construction readiness.
- Manage permitting and interconnection processes with local authorities and utilities.
- Oversee site engineering planning and provide technical support during construction and equipment installation.
- Coordinate resolution of technical issues among EPC contractors, equipment suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ensure engineering deliverables align with project schedules, regulatory requirements, and milestones.
- Support grid interconnection applications and communication with utilities and ISO RTO organizations.
- Identify and mitigate engineering risks impacting project schedule, cost, or technical performance.
- Collaborate with global engineering teams to maintain consistency in technical standards and solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related field
- 8 years of experience in engineering management, infrastructure projects, or energy related industries
- Proven experience coordinating engineering deliverables across diverse internal and external stakeholders
- Experience working with utilities, EPC contractors, or large scale infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of construction engineering processes
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Benefits & Perks
U.S. base salary range of $155,000.00 - $220,000.00, plus eligibility for bonus and benefits
