Job Description
The Power Station Management Engineer supports the engineering coordination and technical execution of utility-scale energy storage projects, working closely with project teams and external partners to ensure smooth project development, construction, and commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Support engineering planning and coordination for utility-scale energy storage power station projects
- Track engineering deliverables and ensure alignment with project schedules
- Assist with preparation of documentation for permitting and regulatory approvals
- Coordinate technical information for interconnection applications and utility communications
- Support on-site engineering coordination during project installation and construction phases
- Assist in resolving technical issues related to equipment installation and system integration
- Maintain engineering documentation, technical drawings, and project records
- Prepare engineering reports and progress updates for project leadership
- Collaborate with internal technical teams and external engineering consultants to support project execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Systems, or related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in engineering, construction, or energy infrastructure projects
- Basic understanding of engineering project coordination and construction processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams
Benefits & Perks
U.S. base salary range of $155,000.00 - $200,000.00, plus eligibility for bonus and benefits
