Job Description
The Operations Supervisor supports daily manufacturing operations, oversees performance management and continuous improvement initiatives, and coordinates cross-functional activities to ensure operational excellence at Gotion's Manteno, Illinois facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operational activities through data collection, reporting, and timely submission of reports
- Assist in establishing, improving, and optimizing the operations management framework
- Develop, monitor, and evaluate annual and monthly operational plans aligned with business goals
- Track, inspect, and evaluate KPI performance; prepare analytical reports and identify improvement opportunities
- Manage site-level operational meetings, including planning, documentation, and follow-up
- Coordinate cross-functional operational support and continuous improvement activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or large organizational environments.
- Experience in operations management, planning management, or cross-functional coordination preferred.
- Strong learning agility with ability to rapidly understand new systems and processes.
- High execution discipline with strong follow-through capabilities.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- High attention to detail and operational accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
