Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and manage the company's LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure continuous operations.
Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and protocols.
Monitor and respond to security incidents, threats, and vulnerabilities.
Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, and network security devices.
Implement and manage data encryption, backup, and recovery solutions.
Maintain and support network hardware such as routers, switches, and access points.
Provide technical support and training to employees on network and security issues.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Fluency in Mandarin.
Professional certifications such as CCNA, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in network and security administration.
Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and firewall management.
Experience with security technologies, including intrusion detection prevention systems (IDS/IPS), antivirus software, and data encryption.
Proficiency in network monitoring and analysis tools.
Design, configuration, and management of the company's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and wireless networks, with familiarity with Cisco systems.
Monitoring network performance and troubleshooting issues to ensure efficient and uninterrupted operations.
Implementing network upgrades, patches, and enhancements to maintain optimal performance and security.
Developing and enforcing security policies, procedures, and protocols.
Monitoring and responding to security incidents and threats, including malware, intrusion attempts, and vulnerabilities.
Conducting regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration tests to identify and mitigate risks.
Configuring and managing firewalls, VPNs, and other network security devices to protect the network perimeter.
Ensuring secure remote access for employees and authorized users.
Implementing and managing data encryption, backup, and recovery solutions.
Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.
Maintaining and supporting network hardware such as routers, switches, and access points.
Managing network infrastructure documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
Providing technical support and training to employees regarding network, deskside, and security issues.
Assisting with the setup and maintenance of user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
Collaborating with other IT team members and departments to support overall IT initiatives.
