Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor will lead and oversee the maintenance team at a cutting-edge EV battery manufacturing plant, ensuring the proper functioning of electrical systems, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining equipment to support production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and schedule maintenance technicians
- Respond to equipment outages and issues
- Maintain and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems, including AC/DC circuits, motor controls, VFDs, and servo drives
- Interpret and modify PLC ladder logic and code for Beckhoff and Siemens PLCs
- Use CAD software (ePlan) for schematic design and modifications
Requirements
- Possession of a 2-year electrical, technical, or related degree, or equivalent technical certifications and experience.
- At least 5 years of experience as a maintenance technician with 1 year of leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of industrial electrical principles, including AC and DC circuits, motor controls, and safety systems.
- Knowledge of PLC programming with Beckhoff and Siemens PLCs, including the ability to interpret and modify ladder logic and other PLC code.
- Knowledge of VFD and Servo Drive systems, including their installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in using ePlan Electrical CAD software for schematic design and modification.
- Excellent diagnostic and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex electrical issues.
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively with engineers and other team members.

Compensation/salary range: $83,000 - $100,000 plus eligibility for bonus
