The Lean Supervisor is responsible for driving continuous improvement and operational excellence in manufacturing by leading lean initiatives, analyzing performance data, and engaging employees to enhance production efficiency and standardization in a battery manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze workshop OEE data and implement improvement measures to enhance equipment efficiency and line performance
Lead lean improvement project teams and organize plant-wide lean activities
Execute on-site 5S initiatives and continuous improvement programs
Develop and maintain standard work and lean documentation
Collect, verify, and analyze OEE data; prepare capacity analysis reports and evaluate production line capacity
Improve equipment takt time, reduce failure rates, and increase production capacity
Train employees on lean tools and methodologies to foster continuous improvement culture
Organize and lead lean project review meetings; track and communicate progress
Ensure compliance with lean standards and supervise factory-wide 5S and sustainability programs
Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Outlook.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
Strong team leadership and collaboration mindset.
Experience in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or operational excellence roles.
Experience with OEE systems, performance analytics, and production metrics.
Manufacturing experience in battery, EV, automotive, industrial, or high-volume production environments.
Experience leading Kaizen, 5S, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives.
