Job Description
The ESS Line Lead oversees production line operations, ensures safety and efficiency, trains new employees, and reports on daily production metrics in a manufacturing environment focused on electric vehicle and energy storage technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the production line to ensure smooth operation
- Ensure hourly associates follow safe and efficient work processes
- Report daily production metrics to the Production Supervisor
- Train new employees on production processes
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong leadership skills are required.
- Must have knowledge of safe and efficient work practices, especially in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to oversee the production line and ensure smooth running of the production process.
- Ability to train new employees on production processes.
- Ability to ensure safety regulations are followed and maintained on the production line.
- Ability to report daily production metrics and associate status to the Production Supervisor.

Compensation/salary range: $26 per hour
