Job Description
The Electrical Systems Engineer supports the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial electrical systems up to 480V in a manufacturing setting, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficient operation of electrical equipment and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and single-line diagrams up to 480V
- Act as technical contact for electrical contractors and vendors
- Support equipment installation, startup, and acceptance
- Identify electrical issues and coordinate corrective actions
- Maintain documentation and update redlines
- Ensure work complies with electrical safety standards and NEC regulations
- Assist with maintenance planning after project handover
- Perform basic inspection, testing, or minor adjustments as needed
- Support reliability improvements and root cause analysis
- Coordinate work with production and EHS teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Experience with industrial electrical systems in a plant or manufacturing environment
- Ability to understand electrical schematics and power distribution diagrams
- Basic troubleshooting logic and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and single-line diagrams up to 480V

- On-site role in a manufacturing environment with occasional off-shift support during equipment startup or issues
Benefits & Perks
U.S. base salary range of $80,000 - $120,000, plus eligibility for bonus and benefits
