Job Description
A Customer Quality Engineer Intern at Gotion Inc. supports quality assurance processes for battery products by handling customer feedback, assisting with failure analysis, and preparing reports, gaining hands-on experience in quality management and customer interaction within the electric vehicle battery industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Log and track customer quality complaints
- Assist with 8D reports and failure analysis activities
- Collect, organize, and document faulty parts and inspection data
- Perform basic visual and electrical checks
- Maintain faulty parts database and track failure types
- Prepare materials for customer meetings, reports, and audits
- Support customer visits alongside senior engineers
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s in Engineering or Materials Science
- US Citizen or Green Card holder
- Interest in quality engineering, data analysis, and customer-facing work
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn tools like Excel, Minitab, or Power BI
- Ability to travel occasionally with the team

Compensation: $20 per hour for a 10-week internship
Work schedule: 10-week internship from June 2026 to August 2026
