Job Description
The role involves ensuring stable manufacturing processes in Pack Module pilot production, collaborating on quality control, supporting process qualification, and driving continuous improvement in a lithium battery manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure stable manufacturing processes in Pack Module pilot production line, achieving target yield, capabilities, throughput, and OEE
- Collaborate with Quality and other teams on control plans and in-process quality checks
- Support initial process qualification and drive continuous process improvement
- Facilitate problem-solving using quality tools
- Develop and maintain process documentation
- Conduct training for production employees
Requirements
- Ensure stable manufacturing processes in Pack Module pilot production line, hitting target yield, capabilities, throughput, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Collaborate with Quality and other teams on control plans and in-process quality checks.
- Support initial process qualification, drive continuous improvement, and facilitate problem-solving using quality tools.
- Develop and maintain process documents.
- Conduct training for production employees.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, preferably in Pack Module assembly processes.
- Possess a Bachelor of Science (BS), Master of Science (MS), or Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Materials Engineering.

Compensation/salary range: $90,000 - $110,000 with 15% bonus benefits
