Job Description
This role involves building and managing the after-sales service system for Gotion's electric vehicle and energy storage products in Europe and Africa, including customer relationship management, technical training, and coordinating with R&D and quality teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities
- Construct and manage the after-sales team in EU-AF.
- Build the after-sales service system, define service strategy, and establish operational standards in Europe and Africa.
- Gather customer feedback, design service experiences, and develop customer satisfaction monitoring and improvement systems.
- Plan and develop the Euro-African after-sales technical training system and content.
- Collect, analyze, and report on customer complaints; collaborate with R&D and quality departments to resolve faults.
- Maintain customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Ability to communicate in English as the working language
- Willingness to accept frequent travel
- At least 5 years of overseas after-sales management experience
- Familiar with car companies and battery products
- Familiar with warranty terms
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong sense of teamwork
- Good at negotiation
- Experience in contract control
- Understanding of overseas service outsourcing
- Experience in building and managing self-built teams
