Job Description
The Strategy Execution Director, Business Solutions, is responsible for driving strategic initiatives, optimizing operations, and ensuring the achievement of business priorities to support scalable growth and operational excellence within the company's consumer finance division.

Requirements
- Experience in driving execution, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring strategic priorities are met within a business or organizational context.
- Ability to act as a force multiplier by optimizing operations, improving cross-functional coordination, and proactively solving challenges before they arise.
- Experience in shaping the future of a consumer finance business or similar industry, with a focus on scalable growth, operational excellence, and maintaining a competitive market position.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and initiatives to achieve strategic objectives.
- Proven track record of implementing operational improvements and strategic initiatives in a corporate environment.
