Job Description
The Strategic Compensation Analyst is responsible for developing and implementing compensation programs, conducting market research, analyzing data, designing salary structures, and ensuring legal compliance to support the company's growth and talent strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation program aligned with business objectives and industry best practices
- Conduct market research and analyze compensation data
- Design salary structures and draft/approve job descriptions
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws
- Support organizational growth and talent strategy through compensation planning
Requirements
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive compensation program that aligns with GoodLeap's business objectives and industry best practices.
- Conducting market research related to compensation to inform salary structures and pay practices.
- Analyzing compensation data to support decision-making and ensure competitive pay practices.
- Designing salary structures that are consistent with market data and internal equity.
- Drafting and approving job descriptions to accurately reflect roles and responsibilities.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations related to compensation and employment.
- Having strong analytical skills to interpret compensation data and develop effective compensation strategies.
- Possessing experience in compensation planning and program development.
- Working cross-functionally with other departments to support organizational growth and talent strategy.
- Possessing a minimum annual salary expectation within the range of $90,000 to $115,000.
