Job Description
A leadership role for a senior software engineer responsible for designing and delivering AI-powered, data-driven platform features that enhance personalized and scalable consumer experiences across mobile and web applications, while mentoring team members and shaping engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of intelligent platform capabilities that enhance data-driven consumer experiences
- Architect scalable, secure, and personalized content delivery systems for mobile and web applications
- Integrate AI and large language model (LLM) innovations into platform solutions
- Mentor engineering team members and influence engineering culture
Requirements
- Experience leading the design and delivery of intelligent platform capabilities that power data-driven consumer experiences.
- Proven ability to marry architectural excellence with AI Large Language Model (LLM) innovation.
- Strong understanding of how systems interact with and serve personalized, secure, and scalable content across mobile and web applications.
- Experience mentoring other engineers and influencing broader engineering culture.
- Ability to work in a hybrid role, reporting one day a week into the nearest tech hub.
