Job Description
A strategic leadership role responsible for developing and managing the Home Insights feature within the GoodLeap Homeowner App, focusing on transforming data into personalized, actionable insights about energy performance, maintenance, and environmental impact to enhance homeowner engagement and trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Define how homeowners understand, track, and act on insights about their home, including energy performance, maintenance, and environmental impact
- Transform data into personalized, actionable insights to build homeowner confidence, trust, and engagement
- Lead the development and strategic direction of the Home Insights feature within the GoodLeap Homeowner App
Requirements
- Experience leading product management initiatives related to home insights, energy performance, maintenance, or environmental impact, with a focus on transforming data into personalized, actionable insights.
- Proven ability to define and shape product strategies that deliver lasting value to homeowners by enabling understanding, tracking, and acting on home-related insights.
- Strong understanding of data-driven product development, including transforming complex data into user-friendly insights that build confidence, trust, and long-term engagement.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a mindset that embraces innovation and pushing boundaries.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders, to develop and deliver strategic product features.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate product vision, strategy, and requirements clearly to diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors or managers related to the product management function.
- Knowledge of the home energy or sustainability industry is preferred but not explicitly required.
- Experience in a role that involves defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and delivering solutions that enhance customer engagement and trust.
