Job Description
A Staff Frontend Engineer responsible for leading the design, development, and technical vision of customer-facing applications, mentoring engineers, and ensuring high-quality, high-velocity software delivery within a sustainable solutions technology company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and evolution of customer-facing frontend applications
- Set the technical vision and roadmap for the contractor-facing frontend application
- Serve as a hands-on individual contributor and technical leader
- Mentor engineers and communicate best practices
- Ensure high-quality software delivery at a high velocity
Requirements
- Experience leading the design, development, and evolution of customer-facing frontend applications.
- Ability to set the technical vision and roadmap for frontend applications.
- Proven experience serving as both a hands-on individual contributor and a trusted technical leader.
- Experience mentoring engineers and communicating best practices in frontend engineering.
- Strong technical expertise in frontend development, including architectural vision.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
