Job Description
A Staff Frontend Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and leading the evolution of customer-facing applications, setting technical vision, mentoring engineers, and ensuring high-quality, high-velocity software delivery within a sustainable solutions platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and evolution of customer-facing frontend applications
- Set the technical vision and roadmap for the contractor-facing frontend application
- Serve as a hands-on individual contributor and technical leader
- Mentor engineers and communicate best practices to ensure high-quality software delivery
- Collaborate across the organization to improve frontend engineering practices
Requirements
- Experience leading the design, development, and evolution of customer-facing frontend applications.
- Ability to set the technical vision and roadmap for frontend applications.
- Proven experience as a hands-on individual contributor in frontend engineering roles.
- Experience mentoring engineers and communicating best practices to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Strong technical expertise in frontend development technologies and architectural design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and the larger organization.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality software at a high velocity.
