Job Description
The Staff Data Operations Engineer applies DevOps principles to data platforms, ensuring automation, observability, and reliability at scale, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize data delivery and address complex data reliability challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply DevOps principles to data platforms to ensure automation, observability, and reliability at scale
- Partner with data engineering, analytics, and infrastructure teams to enable secure, consistent, and high-performance data delivery
- Set strategy for DataOps and design platform-wide automation and observability patterns
- Unblock teams on complex data reliability challenges
Requirements
- Apply DevOps principles to data platforms, ensuring that pipelines and systems are automated, observable, and reliable at scale.
- Partner closely with data engineering, analytics, and infrastructure teams to enable consistent, secure, and performant delivery of data.
- Set strategy for DataOps, including designing platform-wide automation and observability patterns.
