Job Description
A Staff Analytics Engineer responsible for developing data pipelines and models to support operational reporting and data enablement for Corporate teams, working closely with stakeholders to structure and expand data access and reports across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain data pipelines for corporate teams.
- Create and optimize data models to support reporting and analysis.
- Integrate third-party data tools to enhance data accessibility.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and fulfill their data needs.
- Structure data for easy access and analysis by corporate teams.
- Maintain and expand data reports used by legal, compliance, and accounting teams.
- Work with the Analytics team to surface relevant datasets to corporate users.
- Contribute to foundational projects that improve data access and usability across the company.
Requirements
- Strong foundation in pipeline development, data modeling, and integration with third-party data tools.
- Proven track record of working with business teams to understand and enable their data needs.
- Experience supporting data enablement and operational reporting for corporate teams, including legal, compliance, and accounting.
- Ability to structure data for easy access and analysis, and to maintain and expand on data reports used by corporate teams.
- Skills in working closely with business stakeholders and other members of the Analytics team to determine how best to surface datasets to corporate teams.
- Experience contributing to foundational projects to empower analysts and business users across the company with more and easier access to data.
