Job Description
A Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer and Tech Lead responsible for designing, developing, and scaling GoodLeap's platform, with a focus on frontend development, leadership in project initiatives, and collaboration across teams to deliver secure, reliable, and high-performance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and scale the platform with a focus on security, reliability, and performance.
- Lead initiatives from concept to delivery, including planning features, defining MVPs, and breaking projects into phases.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to build solutions.
- Take ownership of high-impact work within a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Experience as a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer with a strong emphasis on frontend development and working across the entire technology stack.
- Proven ability to lead initiatives from concept to delivery, including planning features, defining MVPs, breaking projects into actionable phases, and removing blockers for the team.
- Demonstrated technical excellence, initiative, and leadership in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to build secure, reliable, and performance-optimized solutions.
- Experience in designing, developing, and scaling software platforms.
- Strong collaboration skills with the Product team and other stakeholders.
- Experience taking ownership of high-impact work within a growing company.
