Job Description
A Staff Analytics Engineer responsible for developing data pipelines, modeling, and reporting to enable data-driven decision-making across various corporate teams, while collaborating with stakeholders to structure and scale data products for easy access and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain data pipelines for operational reporting and data enablement.
- Design and implement data models and architecture to facilitate easy access and analysis.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and fulfill their data needs.
- Structure and organize data to support analysis and reporting for corporate teams.
- Work with the Analytics team to surface datasets and contribute to foundational data projects.
Requirements
- Strong foundation in pipeline development, data modeling, and reporting.
- Experience in data architecture and integration with third-party data tools.
- Proven track record of working with business teams to understand and enable their data needs.
- Ability to structure data for easy access and analysis, and to maintain and scale data products used by corporate teams.
- Experience supporting data enablement and operational reporting for teams including product, sales, operations, risk, and compliance.
- Skills in working closely with business stakeholders and other members of the Analytics team to determine how best to surface datasets to stakeholders.
- Ability to contribute to foundational projects to empower analysts and business users with more and easier access to data.
