Job Description
The Servicing Investor Relations Manager oversees the daily operations of the investor relations function within Servicing, managing investor reporting, communication, and requests to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Investor Relations function within Servicing
- Oversee investor reporting, request management, and servicing transfers
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all IR deliverables in compliance with investor requirements
- Drive execution of IR workflows, including task tracking, SLA adherence, and reporting timelines
- Coordinate with Servicing, Capital Markets, Legal, and third-party servicers to meet investor expectations and ensure operational efficiency
Requirements
- Experience in managing investor relations functions within a servicing or financial services environment, including overseeing investor reporting, request management, servicing transfers, and ongoing investor communication.
- Ability to ensure all deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with investor requirements.
- Proven track record of leading a team responsible for investor reporting, request management, servicing transfers, and investor communication.
- Strong operational management skills, including task tracking, SLA adherence, reporting timelines, and cross-functional coordination.
- Experience working closely with Servicing, Capital Markets, Legal, and third-party servicers to meet investor expectations and ensure operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills to serve as the primary driver of execution across IR workflows and coordinate with multiple departments.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities and adapt to changing job duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.
- Educational background or professional experience relevant to investor relations, financial services, or related fields (specific degree requirements are not explicitly stated but implied).
Benefits & Perks
