Job Description
A Senior Product Manager responsible for leading the development of AI-powered B2B experiences that enhance contractor interactions and management, acting as a strategic leader to introduce AI agents that improve efficiency, insights, and outcomes across the contractor journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of AI-powered B2B experiences for contractors
- Introduce and enhance AI agents to improve contractor interactions and management
- Collaborate with engineering and AI platform teams to deliver new AI features
- Define and drive the vision for AI integration to empower contractors and operations teams
- Drive adoption of AI solutions and ensure AI agents become trusted tools
Requirements
- Experience leading the development of AI-powered B2B experiences, with a focus on transforming contractor interactions and management.
- Ability to work closely with engineering teams and AI Platform teams to deliver new AI experiences.
- Operating at a highly strategic, cross-functional, and execution-driven level.
- Contributing to the vision for how AI powers contractors and driving adoption of AI solutions.
- Ensuring AI agents become trusted and indispensable copilots for contractors and in-house operations teams.
- Experience in developing AI agents that take on tasks, anticipate needs, deliver insights, and proactively drive outcomes across a contractor journey.
