Job Description
A Senior Product Manager responsible for developing AI-powered B2B experiences that enhance contractor interactions and management, acting as a strategic leader to introduce AI agents that improve efficiency, insights, and outcomes across the contractor journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of AI-powered B2B experiences for contractors.
- Introduce and enhance AI agents that assist contractors by taking on tasks, providing insights, and anticipating needs.
- Collaborate with engineering and AI platform teams to deliver new AI features.
- Define and drive the vision for AI integration to empower contractors and internal operations.
- Drive adoption of AI solutions and ensure AI agents become trusted tools for contractors and operations teams.
Requirements
- Experience leading the development of AI-powered B2B experiences, with a focus on transforming contractor interactions and management.
- Proven ability to work closely with engineering teams and AI platform teams to deliver new AI experiences.
- Operating at a highly strategic, cross-functional, and execution-driven level, contributing to the vision for AI-powered solutions.
- Ability to drive adoption of AI agents and ensure they become trusted and indispensable tools for contractors and in-house operations teams.
- Experience in developing AI agents that take on tasks, anticipate needs, deliver insights, and proactively drive outcomes across a contractor journey.
- Strong understanding of how to make contractor experiences delightful through AI solutions.
- Ability to contribute to the strategic vision for how AI powers contractors and to drive the adoption of AI tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in product management with a focus on AI or software products for B2B markets.
