Job Description
The Senior Loan Officer at GoodLeap is responsible for originating home loans within the company's mortgage banking operation, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets through a high-converting lead source and competitive compensation plan.

- Demonstrate consistent work habits.
- Be willing to originate home loans through the company's in-house mortgage banking operation.
- Be able to offer a world-class experience to customers.
- Be capable of working with an exclusive lead source that converts at higher than average rates.
- Be willing to work for a compensation plan that includes a 16-hour commission structure.
