The Senior Loan Officer will originate home loans within a mortgage banking operation, providing a high-quality customer experience, leveraging exclusive leads, and meeting sales targets while working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

- Originate home loans through the company's mortgage banking operation
- Provide a high-quality customer experience during the loan process
- Meet or exceed client expectations and sales quotas
- Utilize proprietary, AI-powered applications to facilitate customer communication and streamline operations
Requirements
- Possess excellent customer service skills.
- Have a proven track record of meeting client expectations while achieving established company sales quotas.
- Demonstrate consistent work habits.
- Be willing to originate home loans through the company's in-house mortgage banking operation.
- Be capable of offering a world-class experience to customers.
- Be able to work with an exclusive lead source that converts at higher than average rates.
- Be prepared to work in a role that involves additional responsibilities as assigned by a supervisor or other managers related to the position or department.
