Job Description
The Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives is responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, building stakeholder relationships, conducting market analysis, and overseeing business operations across the company's entire lifecycle, with a focus on sustainable energy solutions and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to support GoodLeap's growth
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct market research and analysis
- Evaluate and implement build vs. buy vs. partnership options
- Set goals and guidelines for strategic initiatives
- Oversee operations from planning to execution
- Engage in high-level presentations to executives and board members
Requirements
- Experience in developing and executing strategies that help a company grow, with a high degree of visibility internally and externally.
- Liaising and building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conducting market research and analysis.
- Evaluating and executing on build vs. buy vs. partnership arrangements.
- Setting goals and guidelines for business initiatives.
- Overseeing operations from planning to execution.
- Experience in distributed energy, capital markets, joint ventures or partnership relationships and agreements, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), cybersecurity and tech infrastructure, tax planning.
- Experience in making presentations to executives and board members.
Benefits & Perks
Compensation salary range of $225,000 to $300,000 annually
