Job Description
The Senior Collections Manager is responsible for developing and overseeing collections strategies, managing collections staff, and ensuring the department meets its delinquency and business goals within a sustainable finance company.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, implement, and monitor collections strategies, processes, and reporting to improve delinquency
- Manage collections staff members and oversee the performance of internal and external collectors
- Ensure collections processes support the achievement of department and company-wide business goals

Benefits & Perks
Compensation range: $105,000 - $120,000 annually
