Job Description
The Senior Capital Markets Credit Analytics Analyst supports GoodLeap's capital markets performance and strategy by performing quantitative analysis, credit modeling, and financial insights to inform data-driven decisions and optimize credit and operational strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quantitative analysis and credit modeling to support capital markets performance and strategy
- Analyze complex datasets to inform underwriting and credit decisions
- Translate analytical findings into insights to optimize credit and operations strategies
Requirements
- Experience in quantitative analysis, credit modeling, and financial insight to support data-driven decisions across lending products.
- Exceptional attention to detail and comfort working with complex datasets.
- Ability to translate analytical findings to inform capital market behavior and optimize credit and operations strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Experience working in capital markets, credit analysis, or related financial roles for a minimum of 3 years.
- Proficiency in analyzing and working with complex datasets and financial models.
- Ability to support underwriting execution and contribute to capital strategy development.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to support data-driven decision-making processes.
Benefits & Perks
Compensation: $105,000 - $140,000 annually
