Job Description
A strategic role focused on developing and executing growth initiatives for GoodLeap, involving stakeholder engagement, market analysis, partnership evaluation, and overseeing business operations across the entire lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies for GoodLeap
- Liaise and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct market research and analysis
- Evaluate and execute build vs. buy vs. partnership decisions
- Set goals and guidelines for strategic initiatives
- Oversee operations from planning to execution of initiatives
- Engage in activities related to distributed energy, capital markets, JV partnerships, M&A, and executive presentations
Requirements
- Experience in developing and executing strategies that help a company grow, including liaising and building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience conducting market research and analysis.
- Experience evaluating and executing build vs. buy vs. partnership arrangements.
- Experience setting goals and guidelines for business initiatives.
- Experience overseeing operations from planning to execution.
- Experience in the entire lifecycle of a business or project.
- High degree of visibility and communication skills for presenting to internal teams, executives, and board members.
- Experience in distributed energy, including knowledge of renewable energy solutions such as solar panels, batteries, HVAC, heat pumps, roofing, and windows.
- Experience in capital markets related to sustainable solutions or energy projects.
- Experience managing joint venture partnership relationships and agreements.
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
- Ability to prepare and deliver presentations to executives and board members.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (implied, as experience and expertise are required).
- Ability to work in a collaborative work culture and thrive in team environments.
Benefits & Perks
Compensation range: $125,000 - $200,000 annually DOE
