Job Description
A strategic role focused on developing and executing growth initiatives for GoodLeap, involving stakeholder engagement, market analysis, partnership evaluation, and overseeing business operations across the entire lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies for GoodLeap
- Liaise and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct market research and analysis
- Evaluate and execute build vs. buy vs. partnership arrangements
- Set goals and guidelines for strategic initiatives
- Oversee operations from planning to execution
- Engage in activities related to distributed energy, capital markets, JV partnerships, M&A, and executive presentations
Requirements
- Experience in developing and executing strategies that support company growth.
- Ability to liaise and build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience conducting market research and analysis.
- Experience evaluating and executing build vs. buy vs. partnership arrangements.
- Ability to set goals and guidelines for strategic initiatives.
- Experience overseeing operations from planning to execution.
- Experience working across the entire lifecycle of a business.
- High degree of visibility and communication skills to present to internal leadership, including executives and board members.
- Experience in distributed energy, including knowledge of the industry and market dynamics.
- Experience in capital markets related to sustainable solutions or energy sectors.
- Experience managing joint venture (JV) partnership relationships and agreements.
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) processes.
- Proficiency in preparing and delivering presentations to executives and board members.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (implied, as experience and skills are emphasized).
- Ability to work in a collaborative work culture and thrive in team environments.

Compensation range: $125,000 - $200,000 annually DOE
