Job Description
The Production Coordinator supports Senior Mortgage Specialists by managing borrower communication and assisting with loan processes from disclosure to closing, ensuring production goals are met through collaboration with internal and external parties.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Senior Mortgage Specialists in achieving production goals
- Communicate with borrowers from disclosure through closing
- Coordinate with internal and external parties such as realtors, escrow, underwriting, and processing
- Assist with loan structuring and troubleshooting using current loan knowledge
Requirements
- Support Senior Mortgage Specialists and provide assistance to ensure they are reaching their production goals.
- Heavy weighting in borrower communication, from disclosure through closing.
- Work closely with internal and external parties including realtors, escrow, underwriting, and processing.
- Having current loan knowledge to assist with loan structuring and troubleshooting is necessary.
