Job Description
A leadership role for a Principal Software Engineer responsible for designing and delivering AI-powered, data-driven platform capabilities that enhance personalized, secure, and scalable consumer experiences across mobile and web applications, while mentoring team members and influencing engineering culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of intelligent platform capabilities for data-driven consumer experiences
- Architect and implement scalable, secure, and personalized content systems across mobile and web applications
- Integrate AI and large language model (LLM) innovations into platform architecture
- Mentor engineering team members and influence engineering culture
Requirements
- Experience leading the design and delivery of intelligent platform capabilities that power data-driven consumer experiences.
- Strong background in marrying architectural excellence with AI Large Language Model (LLM) innovation.
- Proven ability to shape how systems interact with and serve personalized, secure, and scalable content across mobile and web applications.
- Experience mentoring other engineers and influencing broader engineering culture.
- Demonstrated expertise in software engineering, including designing scalable and secure systems.
- Experience working with AI technologies, particularly in integrating or developing AI-powered applications.
- Ability to lead high-impact technical projects and deliver innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
