Job Description

The IT Support Specialist provides technical assistance and troubleshooting for employees, supporting applications and systems to ensure productive use of technology across the US and Mexico. This onsite role involves onboarding, resolving technical issues, and managing multiple tasks under pressure within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer technical questions related to applications and systems
  • Troubleshoot IT problems for employees
  • Guide users to effectively utilize software and systems
  • Support onboarding of new employees with IT setup
  • Manage multiple high-level IT tasks under pressure

Requirements

  • Demonstrate competent IT literacy and ability around applications and systems.
  • Answer technical questions, troubleshoot problems, and guide users to gain productive use of our software and systems.
  • Manage multiple high-level tasks under pressure.
  • Support onboarding of new employees and provide ongoing support to the existing employee base across the US and Mexico.
  • This is an onsite role, reporting into one of the company's tech hubs, five days a week.
