Job Description

The IT Support Specialist provides technical assistance and troubleshooting for employees, supporting applications and systems to ensure productive use of technology across the US and Mexico teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide IT support to onboard new employees and support existing staff across the US and Mexico
  • Answer technical questions related to applications and systems
  • Troubleshoot IT problems and resolve technical issues
  • Guide users to effectively utilize software and systems

Requirements

  • Demonstrate competent IT literacy and ability around applications and systems.
  • Answer technical questions, troubleshoot problems, and guide users to gain productive use of our software and systems.
  • Manage multiple high-level tasks under pressure.
  • Support onboarding of new employees and support the existing employee base across the US and Mexico.
  • Possess technical IT knowledge relevant to the support of software and systems used within the company.
